File a Compliment
You may file a complaint against an officer in the following ways:

Report the incident in person, by email, by mail or by phone to an on-duty police supervisor.
It is preferable to file a complaint in person with a Police Supervisor at the station.- Police supervisors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To request to speak with a police supervisor regarding an allegation of misconduct, call (508) 676-8511.

Report the incident directly to the Office of Professional Standards.

To make a complaint directly to an investigator in the Office of Professional Standards, call (508) 676-8511, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Report the incident to the Mayor's Office.

To make a complaint directly to the Mayor’s Office, call (508) 324-2000 and they will contact the police department on your behalf.

Report the incident on the Fall River Police Department website.
